At Roslin Poultry Ranch, we raise a limited number of started pullets each season. Because our grow-out space is intentionally small to ensure proper care and attention, availability is limited and varies throughout the season.

For the 2026 season, we have updated our process to keep things simple, fair and manageable for our farm:​​​​​​​

How Our Started Pullets Are Offered
* We will not be taking pre-orders or be maintain a waiting list.
​
* Pullets are raised in small batches and posted only when they reach 6-8 weeks old.
​
* Availability typically begins in May. Each batch of grow-outs will be available every couple months. Possibly in July and again in September.
​
* Breed availability will change from batch to batch
​​
We recommend having a few different breeds in mind.

Laying Hens
Very rarely do we have laying hens available. If we do, it is because we are changing out our breeding stock and they would be over a year old.
If we happen to have some available it would be in late summer.
We will post below any hens we have available below.
We will not be making a waiting list for hens.
