Day-Old Chicks (Local Pickup Only)

All day-old chick purchases are final sale.

Since customers visually inspect chicks at pickup, all responsibility transfers once birds leave our care.

​

We guarantee:

​

> Healthy chicks at hatch

> Correct breed selection

> Order quantity accuracy

​

Not Refundable:

​

> death or injury after leaving the premises

> chick losses due to unproper brooder setup

> customer transportation conditions

> feed/water issues

​

No refunds or replacements are offered once chicks have been picked up.

​

Hatching Eggs

Hatching eggs are final sale because hatch rates depend on incubation conditions we cannot control.

​

We guarantee:

​

> Eggs are fresh

> Eggs are suitable for incubation

> Eggs are from the breeds ordered

> Packaging is secure

​

If eggs arrive broken or crushed in shipping:

* Photos must be emailed within 24 hours of delivery

​

Eligible cases receive either:

* Replacement (if product is available)

or

* Store credit

​

Hatch performance is not guaranteed and is non-refundable

​​

​

​

Poultry Wellness Products Supplements, sprays, probiotics, vitamins, care products)

Eligible for return if ALL criteria are met:

​

> Item is unopened

> Packaging is intact

> Product is unused

> Returned within 15 days of delivery or pickup

​

Upon return and inspection, customer will receive:

> refund to original payment method

or

> store credit

​

Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

For eligible returns of unopened products, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Roslin Poultry Ranch does not provide prepaid labels.

​

Shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable

​

We strongly recommend a trackable carrier service.

Roslin Poultry Ranch is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Not returnable:
 

* opened items

* used items

​

Biosecurity & Safety Requirements

To protect flock health:

* no birds can be returned under any condition

* no refunds for illness occurring after pickup

* no veterinary reimbursements

* no replacement of birds after customer transport

​

Incorrect or Damaged Items (Non-Live Products)

If incorrect or damaged wellness products arrive, notify us within 48 hours, including photos.

​

In these cases only:

> Roslin Poultry Ranch will cover replacement shipping

​

OR

​

> A full refund will be issued
