🧩 Mosaic Eggers — New for 2027

Mosaic Eggers are one of our newest specialty breeding projects at Roslin Poultry Ranch.
The name Mosaic reflects how this line is being developed — by bringing together carefully selected genetics from multiple breeding lines, with each generation adding another piece to the bigger picture.
Our goal is to develop a unique line with interesting combinations of feather colour, egg colour and breeding traits. As the project progresses, we will continue evaluating each generation and selectively breeding the birds that best fit the direction of the line.
Mosaic Eggers have the potential to produce a beautiful range of green, olive and brown-toned eggs, with individual hens varying in colour. Feather colour and pattern can also vary from bird to bird.
Our first Mosaic Egger started pullets will be available in 2027 in limited numbers as we continue developing this exciting new line.
