Welcome to our Day-Old Chick Collection - where quality, health and breed diversity come first. Every chick we offer is hatched with attentive care to ensure strong starts, excellent temperament and long-term productivity for your backyard flock.

​​Choose from a beautiful variety of specialty breeds, each known for unique traits, egg colours and flock friendliness. Our available straight run day-old chicks (exception The Spice Girls) include:

* Welsummer - Known for their deep terracotta, speckled eggs and gentle personalities.

​

* Blue & Splash Marans - Famous for chocolate brown eggs and calm temperament.

​

* Whiting True Blue - Prolific layers of vibrant sky-blue eggs.

​

* Standard Lavender Cochins - Sweet, docile birds with fluffy feathering and striking lavender colouring. They lay a beige coloured egg.

​

* F1 & F2 Olive Eggers - Great layers, F1 OE- a 100% chance of laying olives. F2 OE- a 75% chance of laying shades of olive, 25% blue and 25% brown.

​

* Coastal Eggers - Hardy, colourful layers bred for reliability and mixed pastel blues and greens.

​

* Rustic Eggers - Friendly, adaptable birds producing a variety of darker browns and darker olive tones.

​

* The Spice Girls - Females Only - These are RPR"S own variety of females only - from our breeding groups that are sexable at hatch. 

The Spice Girls chick selection can not be personalized, you will receive a variety of breeds and crosses. We do not have a large enough quantity of each sexed breed to personalize. The Spice Girls are sold as a group but we will try and get a variety of chicks with different egg laying genetics with your order.

* Whiting True Blue Barred Specialty Line - The WTB Barred Specialty Line is intended primarily for breeders and used as a powerful tool to create future sex-linked chicks in breeding programs.

ORDERING & AVAILABILITY

​

Most of our breeds show as "Out of Stock" because chicks are hatched to order. 

We keep the Out of Stock option turned on so customers don't accidently place orders before checking availability,

If we have extra chicks after hatch day, the website will update and you may receive a notification that they're available.

We do not ship chicks. Pickup Only.
