Introducing our Welsummer Started Pullets - a wonderful addition to any backyard flock! These girls have been carefully raised on a high-quality diet to ensure they are healthy, well-started and ready to thrive in their new home.
The Welsummer is a favorite among backyard poultry keepers for their striking appearance and richly coloured eggs. They are known for producing beautiful dark Terricotta, brown eggs, some with speckling. A typical Welsummer hen lays a medium size egg and averages about 160-200 eggs per year.
Our 6-8 weeks old pullets are generally ready to be added to your existing flock by eight weeks of age.
