Important Usage Note - Do NOT Dunk Your Birds!!
A rumor has been circulating online suggesting Elector PSP should be used as a chicken dunking treatment.
This is incorrect.
Using it this way is:
* A waste of a product
* Unnecessary for effective control
* Stressful on your birds
Correct Use:
1. Mix Elector PSP with water according to instructions.
2. Transfer solution to a spray bottle.
3. Spray a couple of squirts on the skin and feathers around the vent area.
4. For crested birds, lightly spray their head feathers.
Elector PSP has a residual effect, staying active on their skin and feathers for up to 48 hours. During this time, mites and lice naturally migrate to the vent area-coming into contact with Elector PSP and dying. Nits will also die, with only one treatment needed.
How it Works
* Comes in 9 ml vials, mixed with 3.75 liters of water to treat up to 50 chickens
* For smaller flocks, 45 drops per 16 oz of water
* Spray directly onto feathers and skin, focusing on vent area
* Full effect takes about 48 hours
* We do not sell the original 8 oz bottle - Offering this helps customers who don't want the regular sized bottle offered and want to cut total costs. A full 8 oz bottle will treat 1500 chickens.
