Q: How do I use Electrolytes?

Mix 1 gram of electrolytes to 1 liter of fresh water, Recommended for periods of 3-7 days.

Do not give electrolytes for more than 7 days at a time. It can throw their electrolytes out of balance. It would be equivalent to humans having an IV. Offer electrolytes again after a 3-4 day break if needed.
