Contact & Support Policy
🐔 Poultry Health, Nutrition & Flock Concerns
We understand that backyard poultry keeping can come with unexpected challenges, especially when birds are unwell or showing concerning symptoms.
To ensure each situation receives proper attention and time, individualized poultry health, nutrition, and flock management guidance is provided through scheduled consultations only.
We do not provide veterinary diagnosis or treatment plans. Personalized consultation support is not available through email or social media messaging, and is instead provided through scheduled phone consultations. In some cases, visual assessment (such as photos or video/FaceTime) may be used where appropriate to better understand your flock situation.
